WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BROKEN HEART?

What happens to the broken heart?
Is it still beating,
Or it suddenly stops?
Does it mend itself,
Or waits for someone else to do so?

But what about the broken pieces?
If they scatter all over agony,
Who is going to come to fix
And put them together?

But when they’re left behind
Yet the heart still loves
It gets weakened
But quietly holds what is inside —- forever.

CYCLE

What brings the best out of yourself?
That magically transforms you into a new being
But baits you!
For once you fall, there’s no turning back
You are now imprisoned
In chaos and in pain you are captivated
Until you find someone who sets you free
For it is not true
That you can do it alone
You can’t!
The cycle repeats…

…Deepen

At night we behold the myriad stars, but they are just so many bright specks—their soft fires do not soothe our troubled hearts,

We are bathed in the silver sheen of the moon and yet feel not the beatitude of the moment.

We gaze upon a vista of high mountains,
but their silent strength has no appeal for us.

FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY

Can’t you feel my love for you?
Can’t you see what we’ve been through?
We’re avoiding each other for so long
Ans that’s what convinced me to right a song.

I could give you reason why
Loving me is what you need to try
In my company you’ll never cry
My love for you is never shy.

From the very first day I loved you so
From the very first day I thought you know
From the very first day I hope you do
Love me back and we’ll make it through.

TEENAGER

How hard would it be
For a teenager like me
To live in the world full of judgement
Leaving no positive nor good comments

Irresponsible as we are
Known by the public
As we stood and face our critics
All we want is to be free
Like birds as they fly and flee

To show our capabilities
In this world full of difficulties
We want to discover ourselves
And be out of our shells

We have minds of our own
And can react on actions you’ve shown
Try to understand every single thing
For that you may know everything

Time, patience, we give you
For you to see how true
That teen agers have value
And they are willing to show I to you

Two Fragile Poles

Vast gloomy skies
Covered by unseen cries
Shed with much of agony
All alone, full of unknown

We paint curves
Even we tend to embrace
A dusk emptied by death
Of a vast constellstion

The affection between us
Turns to break us
Slowly, the gap between us
Swallows the term once we had “us”

As air swifts
My love for you beats
Sounds like the beat of drum
Reverberating the anthem of love

Two opposite sides
Parallel to each other
The universe is not meant for us
Even the world erodes our lines

YOU’RE MY COLORS

This poem is for you, my love;
You are my rainbow and my light out of world’s darkness.
Allow me to unveil it by writing this…

In psychology, colors have meanings and they shine individually,
Many in numbers and each gives meaning like under the waters;
In rainbow, colors are aligned and bright freely;
Seven in numbers and as combined they glow like glitters.

You are my RED color…
And, as the rainbow rises after every rain,
You always give me excitement and I felt no danger but full of burning passion.
You are the color of love that makes me want to give more,
Love, and hate no more.

When creativity, enthusiasm, success, and balance are combined,
You made me feel ORANGE.
Every time, I have to take courage that always give me confidence.

I want to make time with you, always…
Because you are my YELLOW;
You are my hope and you give me the optimism that sometimes I am losing.
Like the rainbow in the sky, you are bright and you are the happiest thing that gives energy.

From nothing to growth,
You brought GREEN and freshness in me.
When in pain,
You contribute healing in me.

Sometimes, I am BLUE.
Life is not always happy,
It also brings loneliness and sadness.
I, sometimes feel coldness but your intelligence gives me security.

Wisdom and devotion are waving when I am an INDIGO.
As rainbow shines, it may not see clearly but it is indeed a color of spirituality.

I am immature but with your gentleness I feel calm.
I am sensitive but in your eyes I am unique.
I may seem like a mystery but I am still a color VIOLET that has ambition.

My love, you are these colors.
You are my red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
In different seasons, I know you are all these and its unique features.
I wrote this, not for anyone else but for you alone…
Because you are my love, that sometimes contradicts itself.
But you are my love.
My light out of this world’s darkness…
My rainbow after the rain.
My rainbow even in pain.
My rainbow when everything felt fail.

You are the rainbow that shines freely.
My love.

Gone

Nothing seemed to be right

Over and over we fight

My mind does not know what to do

In my heart, it shouted it’s you

Sorry for all the mistakes that I did

Now I know not to take the lead

Or should I say I shouldn’t have shouted this feeling?

Save me from drowning

You’re the only one I need right now

And I promise to make a vow

Just be here and I’m not gonna leave you

Read this from bottom to top so you’ll see through.

The Beauty of It All

Look around you, what do you see?

Wonderful things if you would ask me.

Everywhere I look amazingly

Everything has its own scenic beauty.

Every year, when it is spring

What I hear is a song from everywhere

The sound of birds, chirping

And the silence of flowers, blossoming.

The tall trees that protect us

From the rays of sunlight, so we must

Care for it as much as it gives

To us so we have a life to live.

It’s all part of the nature

The infinite oceans, the endless seas

The blossoming flowers, and the tall green trees…

They’re all so inspiring to me

But now, they’re all going to waste

So please, please, don’t hesitate

Save the environment we’ve all known

And let out the care you’ve never shown.

Though it is never, ever too late

We should learn how to enjoy & appreciate

The majesty, the beauty, the miracle of it all

Of winter, spring, summer and fall.
